How your year works
Most of us have spent years trying to reveal a body we never got the chance to build. So we do it the other way round.
Everyone starts with a month at maintenance, so you find your real baseline before you change anything. Protein and colour, and two or three strength sessions a week.
Four phases, Fuel the Foundations, Intention, Reveal and Trust. You move through them when you're ready, not on a fixed date.
When you're ready, pick a steady moderate deficit, or six weeks flat out on the Sprint Accelerator.
No dieting forever. Fat loss is a chapter, and then you get on with your life.
What's inside
Why 12 months
Monthly made it far too easy to stop as soon as life got busy, and most of us have started and stopped enough times already.
Twelve months gives you time to build first, lose fat when you're ready, and learn to stay there. Not another 12 weeks of winging it, then starting over again in January.
Real women, real results

Spent 8 months following our training plans and eating to build muscle, then lost 20lbs easily by following our meal plans, and is the fittest she's ever been.

Has made epic changes to her body composition at 55 years old. This is what building muscle looks like.

Has lost almost 60lbs and gained muscle since joining us, all before her 57th birthday, with sustainable plant-based nutrition and consistent strength training.

Who you'll be training with
I'm 46, fully plant-based, and I've spent six years helping women change their body composition and their relationship with food, build muscle and get strong.
I'm an MNU-certified nutritionist, a Girls Gone Strong menopause coaching specialist, a health mindset coach and a strength and conditioning coach. I follow the same training plan as the members, and everything I teach is evidence-based. No fads, no detoxes, no BS.
Doors open Thursday 26 November
If now's not the right time, that's completely fine. I'll still be here.
